Community Guidelines

Our Community Guidelines are here to help you understand what it means to be a member of the Tread Wisely community. If you have feedback or questions about these guidelines, you can send us an email at or tweet @TreadWisely1!

Be Nice.

We’re pretty sure you know what behavior is acceptable and what is not. But if you’re not sure, just remember to treat people the way you would want to be treated. It’s okay if you don’t agree with what opinions other members of the community share, but please be respectful.

We take bullying and threats very seriously. Please refrain from flaming, using hate speech, being mean, bullying or engaging in any activity that may hurt your fellow community members.

So, be nice. Be polite. Be respectful. Or you’ll be removed from the community.

All content (photos, videos, comments, etc.) posted on Tread Wisely app and social media channels is moderated. So think before you post.

Spam is prohibited. This includes links to spam and/or pornography. We reserve the right to remove you from the Tread Wisely community if, after receiving a warning, you continue to violate our community standards.

Think Again.

If we find that you've uploaded a photo or video to our app or social channels, or sent a post, that contains inappropriate content (you know, nudity or pornography, threats of violence or sexually explicit content), we'll remove the content, flag your account as “restricted” and send you a warning.

If we find you doing it again, we’ll remove your account from our channel.

Be You.

Everyone on Tread Wisely should connect using their real names, identities and opinions. Claiming to be another person, creating a false presence, or creating multiple accounts undermines our community.
